1. This hearing has been conducted through hybrid mode.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is willing to explore the possibility of settlement with the respondent.
3. Learned Counsel forthe respondent submitsthat she has noinstructions in this regard; however, she has no objection if the matter is referred to mediation.
4. On the joint request of the parties, the matter is referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (‘DHCMCC’) on 18th February, 2026 at 4:00 P.M.
5. It is requested on behalfof the learned Counsel for thepetitioners that a Senior Mediator be appointed to mediate between the parties. Accordingly, the Mediation Centre shall also consider the said request.
6. List before the Court on 16th July, 2026.
