1. This hearing has been conducted through hybrid mode.
2. The present petitions have been filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 assailing the impugned order dated 17th December, 2025 passed by the learned National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in case bearing No. EA No. 24/2023, EA No.
259/2023 and EA No. 340/2024.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as the impugned order amounts to an order under Section 72(1) of the Consumer Protection Act,2019,sothesepetitionsarenotmaintainableasperSection73oftheAct.
However,learnedcounsel forthepetitioners submitsthatthepresentpetitions are maintainable under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
4. List on 18th February, 2026 at 02:30 P.M.
5. The learned NCDRC is requested to defer the hearing in the Execution petition to a date subsequent to the date fixed by this Court.
