2. The present petitions have been filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 assailing the impugned order dated 17^th December, 2025 passed by the learned National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in case bearing No. EA No. 24/2023, EA No.

259/2023 and EA No. 340/2024.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as the impugned order amounts to an order under Section 72(1) of the Consumer Protection Act,2019,sothesepetitionsarenotmaintainableasperSection73oftheAct.

However,learnedcounsel forthepetitioners submitsthatthepresentpetitions are maintainable under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
