% 13.02.2026 By way of the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 101/2024 dated 19.01.2024 registered under sections 323/354/308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’) at P.S.: Shahbad Dairy, Delhi. 2. Chargesheet dated 22.03.2024 has also been filed in the matter.

3. The petition is premised on Amended Compromise Deed dated

06.01.2025, whereby the petitioners, respondent No. 2 and two other injured persons namely Mr. Rajesh Kumar and Mr. Suraj have resolved the matter amicably.
