1. The present Suit has been filed with the following prayers:-

“a. Declare that the Governing Body, having Plaintiff No. 2 as Chairman and Plaintiff No. 3 as Treasurer, is the genuine Governing Body of Plaintiff No. 1, and any actions taken by the fraudulent Governing Body constituted by Defendant Nos. 4 to 12 be declared null and void; and b. Declare that the School Management Committee, formed by Plaintiff No. 1, having Plaintiff No. 2 as Chairman and Plaintiff No. 3 as Treasurer, is the genuine School Management Committee of the School, and any actions taken by the fraudulent management committee be declared null and void; and c. Pass an order of declaration declaring the appointment of Defendant No. 4 as the Principal of the school as fraudulent, unlawful, and void
