By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR bearing no. 213/2019, dated 27.06.2019, registered at Police Station Patel Nagar, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 363/366/376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter ‘IPC’) and Sections 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (hereafter ‘POCSO Act’) .

2. The petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present before this Court and have been identified by their counsels and concerned Investigating Officer (IO) from Police Station Patel Nagar, Delhi.

3. Briefly stated, facts of the present case are that petitioner and respondent no. 3 were friends and got married on 26.06.2019. It is stated that since then, they are living together. The present
