By virtue of the present appeal under Section 415(2) read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the appellant seeks setting aside of the judgment on conviction dated 31.10.2025, as also the order on sentence dated 17.11.2025, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, (SC-POCSO), East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi (learned Trial Court) in SC No.1062/2018 arising out of FIR No.15/2018 registered at PS.: Shakurpur, Delhi under Sections 363/366/308/376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO), whereby he has been found guilty of the alleged offences and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of eleven years alongwith a fine of Rs.15,000/-, in default whereof, to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six months for the offences under Section 376(2) of the IPC; to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of five years alongwith a fine of Rs.10,000/- in default whereof, to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of five months for offence under Section 308 of the IPC; to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years alongwith a fine of Rs.3,000/- in default whereof, to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of three months for the offence under Section 363 of the IPC; to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years alongwith a fine of Rs.5,000/- in default whereof, to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of four months for offence under Section 366 of the IPC; to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year alongwith a fine of Rs.2,000/- in default whereof, to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of two months for the offence under Section 347 of the IPC; and to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years alongwith a fine of Rs.5,000/- in default whereof, to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of four months for offence under Section 506(II) of the IPC, all sentences to run concurrently.
