1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. This public interest litigation petition seeks a direction to be issued to respondent no.1-MCD for taking action against illegal and unauthorised constructions, including the action of stopping the construction, sealing the illegal construction and taking demolition action, in respect of the five properties mentioned in paragraph 8 of the instant writ petition.

3. Learned counsel representing the respondents has stated that in respect of all the five properties some action has been initiated, which is continuing and shall be completed at the ea
