1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that there is possibility of amicable settlement of the disputes as both the parties are related.

2. In view of the statement, parties are referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3. The parties may appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 23.02.2026 at 04:30 p.m.

4. Learned Organizing Secretary is requested to nominate a Mediator well-versed in the subject matter.

5. List on 21.05.2026 awaiting the outcome of the mediation negotiations.

6. These are applications under Order XI Rule 1(10) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, as applicable to commercial suits on behalf of the respondents seeking permission to place on record additional documents.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection, in case the said applications are allowed subject however to, the petitioners being permitted to file documents in opposition, as also to the extent of objection to the mode of proof and relevancy being reserved to be raised at an appropriate stage.
