and/or b. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 to re- fix the seniority of the Petitioner strictly in accordance with the terms of the Order dated 17.09.2021 and place the Petitioner in the same position as he would have occupied but for the now-remitted punishment; and/or c. Issue a Writ, order or direction
