1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-

“a. Direct the Respondent No.1 and 2 to remove illegal encroachments/unauthorized constructions/ slum clusters on the DDA land in front of AO Block, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi;

and/or b. Direct the Respondent No. 2 and 3 and to clear the service road connecting foot over bridge near Prem Bari underpass to the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi in front of the said encroachments/illegal constructions on the DDA land in front of AO-Block, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, and ensure that the length and width of the said service of road is as per the records; and/or c.
