1. It is seen that on 13.11.2025, notice was issued to all the appellants. However, there is no representation for them.

2. It is seen that the case came up on 13.11.2025 after a period of nearly 2 years, that is, the last hearing date was 28.08.2023. 3. That being the position, no adverse orders are passed against the appellant. However, they are directed to be present on all future hearing dates either in person or through their counsel. 4. All the appellants are present. They pray for engaging a legal aid counsel from this Court.

5. Accordingly, Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint a counsel as per rules.

6. List hearing on 13.05.2026.

7. Copy of the order be sent to the Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee for necessary action and compliance.

8. The Registry is directed to give copy of the records to the legal aid counsel.
