By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR bearing No. 214/2023, registered at Police Station Sultanpuri, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 363/376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter ‘IPC') and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (hereafter ‘POCSO Act’) and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.

2. Issue notice. The learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State.
