1. This Court notes that the order dated 22.12.2025 reflects that the learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 5 were present, and were directed to file replies on or before the next date of hearing.
2. The respondents, who have earlier been served and have not been able to file reply, will file their reply within one week from this date, with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned senior counsel appearing for respondent no. 6 states that he was not present on the last date of hearing and was served in this case only on 28.01.2026 and thus, he seeks four weeks’ time to file reply.
4. Let reply be filed by respondent no. 6 within two weeks from date, with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who may file rejoinder thereto, at least two days prior to the next date of hearing.
5. If reply is not filed, as directed above, the opportunity to file the same shall stand closed.
6. Let the Trial Court Record, in digitized form, be called for, at least two days prior to the next date of hearing.
7. Both the parties are directed to file their written submissions, not running into more than four pages, and relevant case laws that they want to rely upon. Let the same be filed, at least two days prior to the next date of hearing.
