1. This is an application for modification of the order dated

03.07.2025, as per which the sentence was suspended subject to the appellant depositing the fine amount and executing a personal bond of ₹ 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is unable to arrange for the surety and so the condition relating to one surety may be modified.

3. The order dated 03.07.2025 is modified. The sentence is suspended during the pendency of the appeal on executing a personal bond of ₹10,000/- to the satisfaction of the trial court. The fine amount imposed by the trial court shall be deposited within a period of one month from the date of his release from jail

4. The suspension of sentence shall further be subject to the following conditions:-
