1. Petitioner Nikky Chaudhary herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 121/2019 dated 27.05.2019, registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, for commission of offence under 135 of Indian Electricity Act, 2003 along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
