1. The present petition has been filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Act, seeking to set aside what has been termed as an “Interim Award” dated 26.11.2024.
2. The relevant portion of the impugned Interim Award, which is sought to be challenged, reads as follows:-
