3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. The petitioners seek for a direction to the Govt. Of NCT of Delhi to allow the petitioners to appear virtually for the purpose of registration of their marriage under the provisions of Delhi (Compulsory Registration of Marriage) Order, 2014. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners places reliance on the decision passed by this Court in the case of Reena Chadha & Anr. v. Govt. Of NCT of Delhi, WP(C) 6653/2021.
