Through the present Petition, the Petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari by assailing the order dated 09.09.2025 [hereinafter referred to as the ‘Impugned Order’] passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal] in Original Application (‘O.A.’) No. 4229/2017 captioned Mrs Sonika Arya v.
