1. This appeal has been filed seeking enhancement of compensation awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (‘MACT’), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi (hereinafter, ‘Tribunal’) in MAC Petition No. 572F/2012 by an award dated 16^th October 2015 (hereinafter, ‘impugned award’) Tribunal awarded compensation of Rs.9,44,280/- with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of filing to appellant/injured claimant who suffered grievous injuries.
