1. The present Petition, filed by the Petitioners, prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 06.12.2023 [hereinafter referred to as „Impugned Order‟] passed by learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in O.A. No. 1888/2022, whereby the said Original Application filed by the Respondent No.1 was allowed.
