1. The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of Union Bank of India, which portrays itself to be a secured creditor and successor-in-interest, administering the Package-II of the Interceptor Sewer Project (ISP) (hereinafter ‘Project’) works of the erstwhile M/s Pratibha- Mosinzhstroi Consortium (now under liquidation), to assail and seek quashing of the termination letter dated 12th November, 2025.
