This intra-court appeal seeks to challenge the order dated 29.01.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby, W.P.(C) 16122/2023 which was instituted by the respondent, has been disposed of with certain directions, modifying to a certain extent the order dated 27.06.2023, passed by the Chief Information Commissioner (hereinafter referred to as the „CIC’) on the second appeal preferred by the appellant.
