This Petition has been filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Act, assailing the Arbitral Award dated 02.04.2024, Impugned Award passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator in the arbitration proceedings titled as “M/S Corporate Infotech Pvt.
