1. The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 383/2023 of PS Sunlight Colony for offence under Section 302/201/120B/34 IPC and

25/27/54/59 Arms Act.

2. In terms with last order, learned APP has handed over the status report which is accepted across the board, to be scanned and made part of the record. I have heard learned counsel for accused/applicant and learned APP assisted by IO/Inspector Ashok Kumar, SHO concerned.

3. The interim bail for a period of four weeks is sought by the accused/applicant on the ground that he has to arrange funds for school admission of his son. As recorded on last date, the prosecution needed time to verify the availability of family members of the accused/applicant, who could do the needful and ensure that son of the accused/applicant gets admitted in school.

4. Today, on the basis of status report and on instructions of the IO, learned APP submits that there is no serious objection to this application because the family members of the accused/applicant are his brother, who has his own family to maintain. It is also submitted that wife of the accused/applicant is semi literate, though she is trying to arrange funds.

5. As observed on the last date, earlier the accused/applicant was granted interim bail on account of surgery of his wife during the period from 20.11.2024 to 07.01.2025, and he surrendered in time and there are no allegations of any misuse of liberty by him.

6. Considering the overall circumstances as narrated above, the present application is allowed and the accused/applicant is directed to be released on interim bail for two weeks, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court.
