The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 09th March, 2026, passed by the learned Trial Court in CS DJ No. 10/2022, whereby an application under Section 39 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872) read with Section 151 of CPC, seeking examination of a handwriting expert, has been dismissed.
