The present Appeal, filed under Section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Act, seeks to assail the Order dated 17.09.20242 passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal, whereby the Appellant has been impleaded as a party to the arbitral proceedings, notwithstanding that the Appellant was not a signatory to the Arbitration Agreement in question.
