1. The present Appeal, filed under Section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Act, seeks to assail the Order dated 17.09.2024² passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal, whereby the Appellant has been impleaded as a party to the arbitral proceedings, notwithstanding that the Appellant was not a signatory to the Arbitration Agreement in question.
