1. Counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff submits that the requisite court fees shall be filed within one (1) week from today.

8. The plaintiff is permitted to place on record the video of the alleged defamatory media reporting in the form of a Compact Disc (CD)/ pendrive.

10. For the reasons stated, the plaintiff is permitted to file lengthy synopsis and list of dates.

12. Let the plaint be registered as a suit.
13. Issue summons.
14. Summons is accepted by the counsel appearing on behalf of the defendants no. 1 and 3.
15. Copy of the complete set of plaint has been supplied to the counsel for the defendants in Court today.
16. Liberty is given to the plaintiff to place on record additional documents within two (2) days, with copies to the counsel for the defendants.
17. Summons be issued to the remaining defendants through all permissible modes.
18. The summons shall state that the written statement(s) shall be filed by
the defendants within thirty days from the date of receipt of summons. Along with the written statement(s), the defendants shall also file affidavit of admission/denial of the documents of the plaintiff, without which the written statement(s) shall not be taken on record.
19. Liberty is given to the plaintiff to file replication(s), if any, within thirty days from the receipt of the written statement(s). Along with the replication(s) filed by the plaintiff, affidavit of admission/denial of the documents of the defendants be filed by the plaintiff.
20. If any of the parties wish to seek inspection of any documents, the same shall be sought and given within the timelines.
21. List before the Joint Registrar on 24th September, 2025 for completion of service and pleadings.

23. The present suit has been filed seeking reliefs of permanent and mandatory injunction against the allegedly defamatory videos published by the defendants, along with damages and other ancillary reliefs.
24. The captioned application has been filed seeking interim injunction restraining the defendants from publishing or disseminating defamatory statements against the plaintiff and also take down of the defamatory material published by the defendant no.1 on its own news channel as well as other social media platforms, such as, X, YouTube and Facebook.
25. Issue notice.
26. Notice is accepted by counsel appearing on behalf of the defendants no.1 and 3.
27. Notice be issued to the remaining defendants through all permissible
modes.
28. Let a reply be filed on behalf of the defendant no.1 within two (2) weeks.
29. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within two (2) weeks thereafter.
30. List before the Court on 26th August, 2025.
31. In the meanwhile, the plaintiff is permitted to offer his comments/response in relation to the allegedly defamatory videos aired by the defendant no.1, either himself or through an authorized representative. The aforesaid comments/response shall be duly aired by the defendant no.1 on their news channels.
32. Based on the aforesaid, defendant no.1 shall be free to make a fair comment.
