Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 51/2022 dated 29.09.2022, registered at Police Station Cyber Police Station East, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 43/66 of Information Technology Act, 2000, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.
