These appeals under Section 27 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (the PC Act), read with Section 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (the Cr.P.C.), have been filed by accused nos. 2 and 3 (A2 and A3) in C.C.
