2. The application stands disposed of.

3. Issue notice to show cause as to why rule nisi be not issued.

4. Notice is accepted on behalf of Respondent 1 to 3 by Mr. Arun Kumar Tiwari, CGSC. Mr. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the respondents, accepts notice on behalf of Respondents 4 to 8.

5. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to learned counsel for the petitioner who may file rejoinder thereto, if any, within four weeks thereof.

6. Renotify before the Joint Registrar on 6 August 2026 for completion of pleadings.
