5. This matter has travelled back to this Bench consequent to change of roster.

6. Mr. Balbir Singh, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the event that a DPC is held, the case of the respondent will also be considered.

7. There is clearly no interdiction on the petitioner holding such DPC. Insofar as CM APPL. 71487/2025 is concerned, reply stands filed.

8. Mr. Balbir Singh, on instructions, waives his right of rejoinder.

9. This application would be taken up along with the main writ petition.

10. Issue notice on the writ petition as well as stay application.

11. Given the nature of the dispute, we dispense with the requirement of exchange of pleadings.
