O R D E R

1. The present application has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”), on behalf of the parties for recording the settlement between therein and passing a consent decree in terms thereof.

2. Learned counsels appearing for the parties jointly submit that during the pendency of the present proceedings, with the intervention of family members and well-wishers, the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes and differences, which have been reduced into writing by way of the Settlement Agreement dated 14th April, 2026. The said Settlement Agreement has been placed on record before this Court.

3. The relevant terms of the settlement between the parties have been reproduced in the present application, which read as under:

5. Without admitting any allegations or claims of either side, the parties have agreed to a full and final settlement of all disputes relating to:

i. Estate of Late Col. Subhash Chander Vig (Father of the Plaintiff & Defendant No. 1) and Late Mrs. Pami Vig (Mother of the Plaintiff and Defendant No. 1); and

ii. All inter vivos transactions concerning their movable and immovable assets.

6. It has been agreed that a total sum of Rs. 2,10,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores and Ten Lakhs only) is being paid by Defendant No.1 (Third Party in settlement) to the Plaintiff (First Party in settlement) towards full and final settlement of all her claims whatsoever including but not limited to her share in the estate of parents.

7. The parties have agreed that all pending litigations between them, including:

a. Present suit being CS(OS) 651/2025 pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court, and;

b. Criminal complaint bearing 7Ct. Cases/ 5362/2025 pending adjudication before the Ld. JMFC – 04, South East District, Saket Courts

shall be unconditionally withdrawn.

4. Learned counsels appearing for both the parties jointly submit that they shall cooperate with each other for execution of the necessary documents, transfer of securities and closure of accounts, as per the settlement terms.

5. They further submit that the aforesaid settlement constitutes a full and final resolution of all the past, present and future claims, and no party shall initiate any further proceedings in relation thereto.

6. This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement dated 14th April, 2026 and finds no impediment in accepting the same. It is manifest that the same been entered into by the parties independently, without any coercion, fraud or undue influence, and further, that the terms therein are lawful and meet the essentials specified in order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC.

7. Accordingly, a consent decree is passed in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 14th April, 2026 between the parties, the terms of which shall form part of the decree.

8. The parties are held bound by the terms of the settlement between them and shall continue to abide by them.

9. The present suit stands decreed in the aforesaid terms.

10. Let decree sheet be prepared by the Registry of this Court, accordingly.

11. With the aforesaid directions, the present suit, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of.

12. The next dates of hearing, i.e., 19th May, 2026 before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) and 22nd May, 2026 before the Court, are cancelled.
