1. Mr. Shravan Kumar Bansal, learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that English translated copies of the documents, which are in Chinese language, have been given to learned counsel for the Defendants on 24.03.2026 and Petitioner shall not rely on the other documents, which are not in the said language.
2. List before the learned Joint Registrar on 08.05.2026 for further proceedings, including filing of written statement.
