The court exercised its procedural authority to tag connected trademark petitions and schedule a consolidated final hearing to ensure judicial efficiency.

Headnote:The matter involves multiple petitions filed by a university against the trademark registry. The court noted that while pleadings in some petitions are complete and ready for final arguments, others are still pending completion. The court directed the parties to complete the remaining pleadings and file a joint convenience compilation. The primary issue was the procedural management of multiple connected petitions. The court reasoned that tagging connected matters and scheduling a consolidated final hearing would ensure judicial efficiency and a streamlined process for final arguments. List these Petitions for final hearing on 13.08.2026 with C.O.(COMM.IPD-TM) 139/2025 and C.O.(COMM.IPD-TM) 140/2025.
