233/2024 and Mr. B.D. Goswami, learned counsel for the applicants in I.A.(Civil)

No. 248/2024 and I.A.(Civil) No. 246/2024.

These interim applications have been filed by the applicants namely, in I.A.

(Civil) No. 233/2024 who are petitioners in W.P.(C) No. 8824/2018 and I.A. (Civil) No. 246/2024 who are the petitioners in W.P.(C) No. 7224/2019 and I.A(Civil) No. 248/2024, who are the petitioners in W.P.(C) No. 7223/2019.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the writ petitions along with other connected writ petitions are pending disposal at the hearing stage before this Court and at the time of issuance of notice, this Court by orders dated 21.12.2018 and 25.09.2019 had directed as an interim measure that proportional number of posts as the number of petitioners in the Elementary Education (Upper Primary), Government of Assam be kept unfilled and which may not be filled up without the leave of the Court.
