ORDER
Date : 11.12.2024 Case taken up before the Lawazima Court. None appears on behalf of the appellants.
Perused the records.
The case record of the instant matter is carefully perused and upon such perusal, it has been observed that the previous Lawazima Court vide its order dated 20.12.2023 had directed the appellants to take fresh steps upon the respondent Nos. 8, 9 & 10 by registered post with A/D as well as by usual Court process through the office of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kamrup(M).
But, from the office note dated 23.10.2024, it appears that the appellants have not yet taken fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondents mentioned above.
Further, it appears that the above mentioned Lawazima Court dated 20.12.2023 had also directed the appellants to obtain necessary instructions regarding the present addresses of the respondent Nos. 11 & 12.
Despite the aforesaid order, no one has appeared on behalf of the appellants before the concerned section as well as the Lawazima Court today, for furnishing details regarding present address of the respondent Nos. 11 & 12.
In view of the above, the appellants are granted further 7 (seven) days more time to comply with the direction of the aforementioned Lawazima Court dated 20.12.2023.
Let the matter be listed again before the Lawazima Court on 24.01.2025.
