Heard Mr. K. Posi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. D.
Goswami, learned Additional Advocate General, Arunachal Pradesh.
2. This petition, by way of a Public Interest Litigation, is filed essentially seeking a direction to complete the project for construction of road from 20th Km point Zir-Daporijo BRTF Road (New Loth village to Chambang) Ph:- 1:400:00 Km.
3. The road, in question, was supposed to be completed within a period of two years from 2006. We are in the year 2019 and the road is yet to see the light of the day. It will be necessary to record the progress of the case and take note of some orders as, till now, no clear picture has emerged as to when the road will be finally constructed.
