JUDGMENT
Date : 17-05-2018 Heard Mr. J. I. Borbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. M. Borah, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and Mr. A. M. Mojumdar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State respondent.
2. The present Criminal Revision has been preferred by the petitioner against the impugned order, 11.12.2015, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (M) whereby the learned Court has accepted the final report submitted by the investigating Officer Sri Binod Kumar IPS, DIG of Police, at the conclusion of the investigation pertaining to the CID Case No. 95/2011.
