ORDER

09.01.2023 Heard Mr. N. Ray, learned counsel for the applicant.

By this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction of the names of the respondent No. 1(iii) appearing in the cause title of the connected CRP No. 257/2022 and also for correction of the name of the father of the respondent Nos.

2, 3 and 7 and the name of respondent No.8.

Mr. N. Ray, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that inadvertently a typographical error has been crept in the cause title of the connected CRP No. 257/2022 wherein the name of respondent No. 1(iii) has been reflected as “Aanowar Begum” instead of “Anowara Begum” and the name of the father of the respondent Nos. 2, 3, 7 appears as “Sultan Sheikh” instead of “Suleman Sheikh”. Mr. N. Ray further submits that the name of respondent No.8 has been reflected as “Shenaj”

instead of “Shehnaj”.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and considering the grounds cited in the paragraph Nos. 2, 3 and 4, the prayer for correction, as sought for by the applicant, is hereby allowed.

Accordingly, the name of respondent No. 1(iii) stands corrected and be read as “Anowara Begum” in place of “Aanowar Begum” and also the name of the father of the respondent Nos. 2, 3, 7 be read as “Suleman Sheikh” instead of “Sultan Sheikh”.

The name of respondent No.8 be read as “Shehnaj” instead of “Shenaj”.

Necessary correction be made accordingly.

With the above direction, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
