15.03.2021 Heard Mr. R.K. Agarwala, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N. Goswami, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents.

2. By filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent authorities for re-evaluation of the answer scripts of the written test dated 28.12.2008, conducted for selection and appointment to the post of Sub-Inspector of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Assam. 3. It is projected in this writ petition that the recruitment advertisement was issued on 29.01.2002 and the written test and the viva-voce test was held in the year 2008 and 2009 respectively, and that the result was published in the newspaper on 21.06.2012. It is projected that 130 candidates were selected for the post of Sub-Inspector.

4. On 04.06.2012, the petitioner had submitted his RTI application seeking disclosure of his marks, which was refused by the respondent no. 3 under RTI reply dated 07.06.2012 on the ground that the matter sub-judice before this Court.
