Date : 28.02.2025 Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.
Learned counsel Ms. S.A. Khalifa appears on behalf of Ms. K. Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Perused the records.
Perusal of the previous Lawazima Court’s orders dated 28.10.2024 & 27.01.2025 reveals that, vide the said orders, the petitioner was directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 by registered post with A/D as well as by usual Court process through the office of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chirang, within 7 (seven) days.
However, from the recent office note dated 27.01.2025, it appears that the petitioner has not yet taken any steps for issuance of notice to the above mentioned respondents, despite being directed to that effect.
Now, in regard to service of notice upon the above mentioned respondent Nos. 4 & 5, the learned counsel Ms. S.A. Khalifa appearing on behalf of the petitioner before the Lawazima Court today prays for some more time to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the said respondents (respondent Nos. 4 & 5)
In view of the above, the petitioner is grated 10 (ten) days time to take fresh steps upon the respondent Nos. 4 & 5, as per the direction prescribed by the above mentioned order of the Lawazima Court dated 28.10.2024.
Let the matter be listed again before the Lawazima Court on 28.03.2025.
