Date : 25-02-2022 Mr. Neelam Taje, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Gyati Tado, learned Addl. P.P., Arunachal Pradesh, have been heard on 23.02.2022, and the matter has been listed today for delivery of the order.

Though the Respondent No. 2/victim has been served with the notice as indicated in the Office Note, dated 23.02.2022; the Respondent No. 2/victim has chosen not to contest this bail application.

By this application preferred under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, a prayer has been made for releasing the accused Sri Likha Nega, on bail, who has been arrested by the Ziro Women Police on 22.11.2021 in connection with Ziro Women P.S. Case No. 05/2021, registered under Sections 506/376(AB)/376(2) (n) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
