This application under Section 439 Cr.PC has been filed by the petitioners, namely, 1. Sri Riki Das @ Arnab Jan Das, 2. Sri Biki Das @ Mridul Das and 3. Sri Khanindra Das @ Jayanta Das, seeking bail in connection with Barpeta P.S. Case No. 784/2020 registered under Sections 447/379/511/302/34 of the IPC, corresponding to G.R. Case No.

1916/2020, wherein they were arrested on 02.05.2020 and since then, they are in custody.

As per the FIR of the case, on the night of 26.04.2020 around 12 PM, some miscreants entered the house of the informant’s brother, namely, Harekrisna Das and made an attempt to steal his bike, which was kept in the verandah of his house. However, the bike fell down on the ground and those miscreants fled away.
