ORDER
These two bail applications, filed under Section 439 of the Cr.PC seeking bail of the accused-petitioners, namely, Khalil Uddin (Bail Application No. 2356/2021) and Md. Abdul Hai @ Abdul Hai Talukdar (Bail Application No. 2955) in connection with NDPS Case No. 29/2020 (arising out of NCB Crime No. 13/2019) under Sections 21(c)/29 of the NDPS Act .
