15.05.2025 Heard Shri P. Taffo, learned counsel for the petitioners in these 2 (two) writ petitions. Also heard Shri G. Tarak, learned Standing counsel for the RWD; Shri D. Mazumdar, learned Senior counsel who has appeared online and assisted by Shri B. Kausik, learned counsel for private respondent No. 5; Shri D. Panging, learned counsel private respondent No. 6 in WP (C) 617 (AP) 2024; and Shri P. Borah, learned counsel for private respondent No. 6 in WP (C) 619 (AP) 2024.

Shri Taffo, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 09.04.2025 passed in WP (C) 619 (AP) 2024, as per which the learned Standing counsel was directed to produce the scanned copies of certain documents.

Shri Tarak, learned Standing counsel for the RWD has submitted that though on the previous occasions, the said documents were with him and today, the same is not readily available.

In view of the above, list these matters on 19.05.2025.
