Date : 07.05.2025 Heard Mr. K. Lollen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. T.

Tagum, learned Standing Counsel, Education Department for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Notice in this case was issued on 04.11.2024, but the respondents in the Education Department are yet to file their affidavit.

List on 22.05.2025 On the said date, Mr. Tagum, learned Standing Counsel, Education Department shall place the following records:

(i). SY/EDN/TP-03/2023-24 of the Office of the Deputy Director of School Education, Shi Yomi District, Tato.

Further on the said date, Mr. Tagum, learned Standing Counsel, Education Department shall apprise this Court, the relevant Rules of service of Primary Teachers as well as Trained Graduate Teachers in force in the State of Arunachal Pradesh and who is the concerned appointing authority as well as the authority to transfer such teachers, within the District or inter District in the State of Arunachal Pradesh.

The interim order passed earlier on 04.11.2024, shall remain in force, till then, i.e. 22.05.2025.
