Date : 30.04.2025 Heard Mr. D. Panging, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Also heard Ms P. Sangeeta, learned Government Advocate for the State respondent Nos.1 to 5.

Pursuant to the order of the Court, passed earlier on 23.09.2024, the Chief Secretary to the Government of Arunachal Pradesh/respondent No.2; the Secretary/Commissioner, Administrative Reform, Government of Arunachal Pradesh/respondent No.3; the Secretary/Commissioner, Finance, Government of Arunachal Pradesh/respondent No.4 and the Secretary/Commissioner, Personnel, Government of Arunachal Pradesh/respondent No.5 on 28.05.2025 shall apprise the Court about their willingness to accept the contribution of the petitioners towards their pension fund in terms of the 2014 Rules, specifying further, the time frame (time limit) within which the issues involved in this writ petition can be resolved.

Copy of this order as well as the copy of the order dated 23.09.2024 passed earlier in this proceeding be furnished on Ms P. Sangeeta, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondent Nos.1 to 5 forthwith for their necessary intimation to the respondent Nos. 2 to 5, obtaining necessary acknowledgment in that regard.

List the matter on 28.05.2025 No further time shall be granted to the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 for their instruction that was sought for by the Court on 23.09.2024.
