Heard Mr. C. Modi, learned counsel for the petitioners.

By filing Vakalatnama on 23.05.2023, learned counsels Mr. Arup Bhattacharjee, Mr. G. T. Sangma, Mr. Likha Kagung, Mr. Tokdak Tamin, Tam Pahi and Ngurang Nyima appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 providing the Telephone number of only the counsel Mr. Likha Kagung with 9402292447. Learned counsels for the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 have also not provided their E-

mail addresses.

Since their appearance on 09.08.2023, took time to file their affidavits in the matter, which they have not filed till date.

However, Mr. Modi, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he received a copy of an affidavit on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 way back on 24.08.2023.

But there is no record of filing such affidavit by the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 nor said affidavit of those respondents is available in this case record.
