Date : 01.05.2025 Heard Mr. P. Bui, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. S.

Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 2 & 3. Also heard Mr. P. K. Tiwari, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. J.

Tsering, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4/Caveator.

On being enquired, Mr. Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order dated 11.04.2025, he has received the relevant records of the election of the Chairperson of Keyi Panyor District Zilla Parishad.

Mr. A. Apang, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 is under bereavement.

In view of the above, list this matter on 19.05.2025 Mr. Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate shall retain the relevant records.

Mr. Tiwari, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent No. 4 submits that this writ petition preferred by the petitioner is not at all maintainable.

This writ petition has not yet been admitted and notice was issued on

11.04.2025.

As such, before proceeding further, the maintainability of this writ petition shall be considered first.
