Learned counsel Ms. P. Adhikari appears on behalf of the respondent Nos. 8 & 9. Heard.

Perused the records.

From the office note dated 11.06.2025, it is discernible that notice was issued to the respondent Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 by way of registered post with A/D on 07.04.2025.

However, as for the respondent Nos. 4, 5 & 8, it has been observed that the learned counsels have already entered appearance on behalf of the said respondents by filing Vakalatnama. As such, it may be said that service in respect of the respondent Nos. 4, 5 & 8 has been completed.

Further, as for the aforementioned notice issued to the remaining respondents, i.e.

respondent Nos. 6, 7 & 9, it appears that neither the A/D cards nor any un-served notices have been received by the concerned section as of yet.

Nevertheless, it has been observed that the postal track consignment details in terms of the aforesaid notice issued to the respondent Nos. 6, 7 & 9 are available with the case record, which reveals that the notice in respect of the said respondents has been delivered to the addressees on 11.04.2025, 09.04.20
